I grew up dancing and have had a difficult relationship with my body since I stopped, with previous attempts to change my body shape making me feel pretty miserable. Brian has helped me grow stronger, feel better in my body, and find a balance between hard work and enjoying myself. Brian has been great for my wife and I. We were relatively active people and know how to diet and get fit, but were struggling to get results in our mid-40s. My wife and I couldn’t be more different in body type and overall weight loss goals, so we knew that instead of starving ourselves and investing in hours of cardio we needed some help. I had never used a personal trainer before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Everything about the experience was great and customized to what we needed and how and when we wanted to engage. Like most people these days, we move pretty fast and I appreciate that Brian engaged us the way that worked best for us (in-app, email, phone). He used the equipment we had available to us and was always willing to go above and beyond. I began traveling for work again, so he helped me customize workouts based on equipment in the hotel, sometimes making changes at 10pm to accommodate an early morning workout. Both of us hit our weight loss and strength goals (22 lbs and 9 lbs in 10 weeks - over the holidays). If you’ve set goals and are looking for a fitness coach, I would recommend working with Brian. I started with him May 31st and have already seen amazing results. He really teaches one how to bring in a healthy diet for maximum results. His workouts are really excellent and with consistency I’m seeing such a difference in my body’s tone and definition. Also, I’ve had two major knee injuries in my life, one in 2013 and another in 2018 and I’m still able to perform the tailored workouts he’s provided, based on my level of fitness. His style is just the right mix for guidance to keep you on track and checking in with him. He’s absolutely the best coach! Highly recommend giving him a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I'm glad I did. Brian is the absolute best - He's always in contact with you through the app and will customize your meals and workouts to suit your goals and even change them as your schedule changes.

Working with Coach Brian has been an incredible experience. I spent almost a year on his program and I'm only stopping now because I'm 39 weeks pregnant and about to give birth any day now. I started the program last year when I felt like the workouts I was doing on my own were not producing the desired results. I had never worked with a trainer before let alone an online trainer but I am happy to have happened upon Coach Brian and he changed my life. He created plans that were customized just for me and if I needed something changed or modified he was always quick to do so. I appreciated the program more so when I became pregnant and he has worked with me throughout my whole pregnancy from the 1st trimester all the way to a few days before I'm about to give birth. Having the program and the accountability of having to check in after each workout made me drag my tired, nauseous body out of bed every single day to complete my workouts. As my pregnancy progressed Coach Brian modified my workouts for me as needed. He is always available to answer any questions and he also checked on my progress regularly. I will definitely miss the program and will without a doubt do it again in the future if needed.

Brian is an excellent and extremely patient instructor. He is very professional. In August (2017) I took part in Brian’s 3 month online fitness program. Brian outlined for me a nutrition plan, work out regiment and posted great video blogs on a variety of topics to maximize your fitness plan and hit your goals. He checks in with you to make sure you don’t have any questions, evaluates your nutrition and fitness log and is always available for questions.

This was my first time ever going through a workout routine and let’s call it what it really is..... A LIFESTYLE CHANGE!!! At the beginning, I weighed 188 lbs and felt very sluggish and ate poorly. At the end of the 3 months I lost 20 lbs, changed my eating habits, decreased body fat while increasing muscle mass. I FEEL GREAT and am continuing my new lifestyle.
