HOW IT WORKS
Upon signup you will receive a series of questions regarding your fitness goals, injuries or restrictions, schedule, and equipment you have access to in order to help your coach put your program together.
Once you have completed the questionnaire and created your account, your coach will create your training program within 1-2 business days.
Meal Plan & Nutrition Coaching
If you choose the Fitness Quest or the Pro Pack plan, your coach will also set up your nutrition program and customized meal plans within 1-2 business days.
Follow Your Program
Follow your workouts with guided videos and instructions on the web or on your phone.
Track Your Progress
Download the free mobile app. Check exercise and body stat graphs as you go to keep track of your progress.
Daily Accountability & Check-Ins
You can message your coach anytime. Inside of the private Facebook Group you will be provided daily accountability. At the end of each week your coach will review your progress with you, and make adjustments to your program if needed, to keep you moving in the right direction!

When you reach a new personal best on a particular exercise such as max weight or fastest time you will see this screen.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
“Do I need a gym membership or can I workout from home?”
You do not need a gym membership. However, our in-home workouts require you to have access to a set of resistance bands. If you do not own a pair, we have some resistance bands we recommend that are less than $30, and come as a set of 4 with a door anchor for in-home use.
“What if I have dietary restrictions, food allergies or intolerances?”
I work with every single client on an individual basis, so if you have any particular dietary restrictions, food allergies, intolerances, requests or preferences, these can easily be taken into account.
“What if I have an injury or a health condition?”
When filling out the questionnaire, please list any current or previous injuries or health restrictions that I will need to be aware of when designing your plan. Many restrictions can be worked around or avoided but that information will be needed up front. If for any reason you are unsure of whether or not you should be exercising, please consult with your doctor or physician first before starting any exercise program.
“How will I know if my form is correct?”
Each exercise comes with a video demonstration and voiceover instructions on how to perform the exercise correctly. These can be viewed on your smart phone app or on your computer. Also, the Pro Pack Plan allows you to submit your videos to me of you performing whichever exercises you may need further help with.
“Are there age limitations?”
There is a minimum age limit of 21+ years or older. There are no maximum age limits as long as you have full medical clearance.
“Do you have a refund policy?”
Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, we have a 100% money back guarantee. No questions asked.
“How will I be billed?”
Payment is 100% secure via Stripe. Upon signing up, you will be billed automatically one month from the day of purchase until you complete the program or you choose to stop. You can cancel anytime.
“What happens after I've registered for the program?”
As soon as you've registered, you'll be redirected to a Thank You page letting you know that your payment has been submitted and that I will start putting your program together as soon as I've had a chance to see that you've signed up. You will get an email receipt from Online Fitness Coach as well. As I've mentioned numerous times, this is not an auto-generated program. I actually personally put these together for each of my clients so please allow 1-2 business days for me to collect the information that I need from you and get you set-up with everything. You'll also be able to request access to the private Facebook Group after registering.
