You will still be able to eat the foods you love in moderation as long as they fit within your target range for daily calories and you hit your macronutrient targets. “Cheat meals” are incorporated in your program and will be explained. This is not a fad diet. Your nutrition plan is designed to realistically suit your lifestyle. The best plan is the one you can stick to long-term. I am not here to make your life miserable.

Long-term, no. In the beggining, keeping a food log and submitting it to me is going to be the best way for me to put a nutrition plan together for you. This will not only create mindfullness on your end and make you aware of things you may otherwise not realize are costing you (like mindless snacking or foods you did not know were high in calories), but it will also give me the chance to take a look at your daily diet and make adjustments accordingly. The Online Fitness Coach program teaches you how to gauge portion size using just your hand, making it as simple as possible so that over time you do not need to count calories or track macronutrients.

“What if I have dietary restrictions, food allergies or intolerances?”

Many restrictions can be worked around or avoided. I always ask for that information up front and in the questionnaire, so that I can design your program accordingly.
