In today’s society, multitasking is common place. Every single day we juggle kids, commutes, deadlines, and commitments. Still, this is no excuse for not exercising at least 30 minutes, 3-5 days a week. Anybody, from top performing CEO’s to the President of the United States can find this time if they prioritize their health.

After all, if you don’t make time for your health now, you’ll be making time for the doctor later… and it’s going to cost you a lot more.

If you are often pressed for time, a circuit workout is a great way to get a quick one in. One major benefit of this style of workout is that they can be done from anywhere. No gym required.

Circuits are typically performed at a high intensity with little to no rest as you move from one exercise to the next.

For this reason, exercises are usually performed with body weight, equipment such as medicine balls or resistance bands, light dumbbells, or some combination of the three.

For a complete full body workout, include some variation of each:

BODYWEIGHT CIRCUIT

Choose 4 or 5 exercises. Perform 1 minute on each with little to no rest between each exercise. Rest 2 minutes upon completion of all exercises. Repeat 2-3 more times for a quick full body circuit workout that can be done anywhere in under 30 minutes.
