“How is this any different from P90X, Insanity, or any of the other online programs I've tried before?”
Premade programs like P90X are built for the masses. They are not CUSTOMIZED to you and your lifestyle. They do not take into account injuries, health conditions, and dietary restrictions. Those programs cannot be adjusted, they are not tailored to your goals, and they do not offer accountability or direct access to a coach. You pay and you never speak to anyone. This is not a "plan", this is a COACHING program. You invest in yourself, and in return you get elite daily coaching, access to a private support group, a personally tailored training and nutrition program, and most importantly, with our program, you actually get RESULTS.

“Is this another cookie cutter plan?”
No. Your training program and nutrition recommendations are tailored specifically to you, based off of the information you give me upon submitting your client questionnaire and any follow up questions that I have for you. Everyone has a different set of circumstances regarding previous injuries, dietary restrictions, medical history, busy schedules, etc. Ultimately, my job is to build a plan that works for YOU. The best plan is the one you can stick to.
“Does this really work?”
I have coached hundreds of clients over the last 10 years, tailoring their training and nutrition programs to meet their individual needs. The Online Fitness Coach program is individualized to your every need, and I will work with you to create a program that is designed to take you from where you are now, to where you want to be. In addition, there will be daily communication within the Facebook Group and weekly 1-on-1 check-ins to ensure that your plan is customized to your lifestyle. Ultimately, your success will depend entirely upon your ability to adhere to your programming. I will do everything I can to make this as easy for you as possible, but you still need to put in the work.
“What happens if I fall off the wagon or miss a few days?”
The idea behind the Online Fitness Coach program is to work with you to ensure that whatever happens, we can adjust and get back on track. Sometimes things like work, illnesses, or emergencies come up. Life happens. Your plan is not set in stone. If you miss a day or fall behind, you have the ability to move workouts on your calendar. I am here every step of the way to help make adjustments and keep you moving in the right direction.
“Do I have to follow a meal plan?”
Absolutely not. Flexible dieting is a big part of our program. You have the option to choose whether you prefer a meal plan with every meal and snack laid out for you each day OR a more flexible "exchange list" plan. An exchange list plan gives you a list of the different foods you can have in each macronutrient category (protein, carbs, and fat), and a point system to match the foods against for each meal. In other words, all you have to do is pick which foods you want to eat from the list each day and keep them within the point range. I can adjust macronutrient targets as needed throughout your plan. If there are certain foods you cannot eat or simply don't like, they will be excluded from your plan.
“How will this help me fight cravings?”
As mentioned above, I incorporate flexible dieting into all of my clients' nutrition programs. You will still be able to eat the foods you love in moderation as long as they fit within your target range for daily calories and you hit your macro targets. "Cheat meals" are incorporated in your program and will be explained. This is not a fad diet. Your nutrition program is designed to realistically suit your lifestyle. The best plan is the one you can stick to long-term. I am not here to make your life miserable.
“I worry that I will be hungry all of the time if I have to follow a plan. Will this do that to me?”
Understanding calorie and macronutrients will help you with making more appropriate food choices given your goals and appetite. The Online Fitness Coach program is designed to teach you to eat according to your goals, with personal preference and practicality in mind at all times. However, we don't sugar coat things here. If your main goal is fat loss, then depending on how lean you wish to be, there may be some hunger involved.
“Do I have to count calories and macronutrients?”
Long-term, no. In the beggining, keeping a food log and submitting it to me is going to be the best way for me to put a nutrition plan together for you. This will not only create mindfullness on your end and make you aware of things you may otherwise not realize are costing you (like mindless snacking or foods you did not know were high in calories), but it will also give me the chance to take a look at your daily diet and make adjustments accordingly. The Online Fitness Coach program teaches you how to gauge portion size using just your hand, making it as simple as possible so that over time you do not need to be tracking and counting every calorie and macro.
“I don't need to lose weight, I just want to build lean muscle and get toned. Can your program help me do this?”
Absolutely! Every client has different goals and needs. Not everyone is looking to lose a ton of weight. I work individually with each and every client to personally build a program that is designed specifically for them. This is not a "cookie cutter" approach. You will not get the same training or nutrition plan as a weight loss client if that is not your goal.
I am new to strength training. Will this program work for me?
Yes, because it's not just a program, it's a COACHING program that is tailored to YOU. I meet you where you are. You answer some of my questions, tell me what your goals are, and why you want to achieve these goals. We build a realistic training and nutrition plan based on your needs, fitness level, schedule, access to equipment, etc. I help you get to where you want to go. With Online Fitness Coach, there is a solution for anyone who is willing to commit and put in the work.
“I have been lifting weights for years. Will this program work for me?”
Same as above. Everything is individually tailored to meet you where you're at. Even the most experienced lifter can benefit from a coach, a new routine, and a fresh perspective.
“I want to do this but I'm not sure I can commit to more than 3 or 4 workouts per week. Is that a problem?”
Nope! Your program is built around your needs and busy schedule. You tell me how much you can realistically commit to per week and I will design a plan that doesn't put a huge strain on your lifestyle while still getting you long-term results.
